Sanxia Green Spiral green tea ( Biluochun tea ) Exclusive

Sanxia is a district, which has mountains and rivers surrounded in northern Taiwan.  This district produces Green Spiral ( Biluochun ) and Dragon Well ( Longjing ).  They are the best green teas in Taiwan and also well-known in the world.

The name was given by the Emperor Kang Xi in the seventeenth or eighteenth century, who felt the steeped tea looked like tiny green snails. The tea leaves are only picked once a year during mid-March to mid-April when the leaves are at their peak. After brewing, the tea liquor has cleared bright color with fruity and elegant aroma.
